We are currently looking for a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic tocome and join our team at BYD Leeds.

About You

Your duties will depend upon your experience and trainingbut as a skilled Technician/Mechanic, you will be able to undertake both minorand major mechanical faults (including engine repairs) and return vehicles backto manufacturer specification and standards.

We are welcoming applications from Technicians who are NVQlevel 3 trained or equivalent.

Experience working within a busy volume franchised dealerenvironment is an advantage but not crucial if you currently work at anindependent garage/dealer.

What will you need to succeed in the role:

Drive,passion and enthusiasm to succeed.

Demonstratecapability and confidence in using equipment within the workshop safely.

Atleast NVQ level 3trained with work experience in a franchised dealeror independent garage.

MOTTester preferred.

HighVoltage certification is desirable, but not expected
