Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD in Tunbridge Wells is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join an established automotive dealership. You will perform servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs to high standards, supported by an experienced Aftersales Manager and workshop team.

The role offers a guaranteed Monday to Friday schedule (8:30am–5:30pm) with no weekend work, a competitive basic salary of £35,000–£40,000, plus a company car, bonus scheme, and generous annual leave.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or equivalent.
• Experience in servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs.
• Good diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Strong mechanical and technical knowledge.

The Role

You'll carry out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs, helping ensure vehicles are maintained to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

About You

We're looking for a reliable, skilled technician who takes pride in their work and delivers quality repairs.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician or Car Mechanic
• Experience in servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs
• Good diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Strong mechanical and technical knowledge
• Good attention to detail
• A professional approach and commitment to quality
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Dealership experience is an advantage, but not essential. Experienced technicians from independent garages and specialist workshops are encouraged to apply.
