Job summary

BMW Bristol is seeking skilled NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Technicians to join our team. You’ll work on high-performance vehicles, using advanced diagnostic tools and state-of-the-art technology, with extensive training and a clear progression path.

The role offers a starting salary of £36,000 with two years’ experience and an uncapped bonus scheme, plus a total compensation package including the potential to earn £50,000 OTE. Part-time hours may be considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally with a premium brand.
• A passion for working on high-performance vehicles with strong problem-solving skills.
