We Manage Jobs is seeking a Fleet Technician to ensure the safe and efficient operation of Sandwell MBC's fleet. The ideal candidate will maintain a variety of vehicles and equipment essential for services such as housing repairs and waste collections. Candidates should possess NVQ level 3 in Automotive Maintenance and a willingness to develop further qualifications. This full-time role includes hands-on responsibilities and mentoring opportunities.
As a Fleet Technician, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of Sandwell MBC’s diverse fleet.
Working from our central depot, you’ll maintain a wide range of vehicles and equipment that support essential in-house and external services such as housing repairs, grounds maintenance, highways operations, household waste collections and street cleansing.
