Perfect Placement UK Ltd is seeking a qualified Vehicle Technician on behalf of our client, a reputable main dealer group in Plymouth, Devon. This role offers an opportunity to join a well-established dealership prioritising quality, customer service and employee development.

The successful Technician will diagnose and repair a variety of makes and models, maintaining high workmanship standards and customer satisfaction.

• Minimum Level 3 qualification as a Vehicle Technician.
• Proven experience in a busy workshop environment.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostic procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently alone and as part of a team.

We are currently seeking a qualified Vehicle Technician on behalf of our client, a reputable main dealer group based in Plymouth, Devon.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a well-established dealership that prioritises quality, customer service, and employee development.

The successful Vehicle Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of vehicle makes and models, ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction. This position offers a supportive environment with opportunities for career progression within the company.

- Competitive basic salary of up to £36,000, dependent on experience

- Incentivising bonus scheme based on efficiency and productivity

- 40-hour working week with weekends allocated on a rota, including Saturday mornings
