Job summary

E-ppl Ltd in Warminster is seeking dedicated Vehicle Technicians to support a critical fleet maintenance project. You will ensure operational readiness, safety, and regulatory compliance of stored and sustainment fleet platforms within a skilled team.

The role requires Level 3 IMI/NVQ/City & Guilds in Vehicle Maintenance, BPSS clearance (sponsored by E-ppl), and a willingness to work Mon–Thu with occasional overtime. Hotel and mileage allowances are provided where eligible.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as Vehicle Technician with military, commercial or fleet background preferred.
• Strong diagnostic capabilities and familiarity with fleet asset tracking.
• BPSS clearance eligible (sponsored by E-ppl).

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic inspections, routine servicing, and repairs on designated fleet platforms.
• Complete follow-on maintenance to ensure safety and compliance before inspections.
• Upgrade vehicles to operational standards and resolve defects identified in quality checks.
• Maintain site health and safety adherence at all times.

Working Hours: Mon–Thu 7:30 AM–4:30 PM | Fri 7:30 AM–1:00 PM Possible Overtime available

Pay & Package: £19.00/hr base rate | Paid Weekly

E-ppl Ltd is hiring dedicated Vehicle Technicians to deliver a critical fleet maintenance project at our Warminster site. Working within a skilled, supportive team, you will ensure the operational readiness, safety, and regulatory compliance of Stored and Sustainment Fleet platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspection & Servicing: Execute diagnostic inspections, routine servicing, and repairs across designated fleet platforms.
• Rectification & Prep: Complete follow-on maintenance to ensure full safety and compliance ahead of Mandatory Equipment Inspections.
• Fleet Upgrades & Reworks: Upgrade vehicles to operational standards and resolve defects identified during quality examinations.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to site Health & Safety policies at all times.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Level 3 IMI, NVQ, City & Guilds (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Experience: Proven track record as a Vehicle Technician (military, commercial, or fleet background strongly preferred).
• Skills: Strong diagnostic capabilities and familiarity with fleet asset tracking.
• Security Clearance: Eligible for BPSS clearance (sponsored and managed entirely by E-ppl).
• Equipment: Standard coveralls and safety footwear (all mechanical tools provided).

Location & Commute

Conveniently located in Warminster, Wiltshire, with strong transport connections via the A36 and A350. Ideal for lodge-based contractors or commutable candidates from Bath, Salisbury, Trowbridge, Frome, Westbury, and the wider Wiltshire/Somerset region.
