About the Role

We're looking for two Vehicle Technicians to join a well-established independent garage in Swinton. This is a rare chance to enjoy dealership-level pay and benefits without the pressure of sales targets or bonus schemes - just a solid, fixed salary for quality work.

What You'll Do

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on a wide range of vehicles
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues using modern diagnostic equipment
• Perform MOT tests (if qualified) or support MOT prep work
• Ensure all vehicles meet safety and compliance standards
• Work as part of a close-knit, supportive workshop team

What We're Looking For

• NVQ / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
• Strong servicing and repair background across multiple makes and models
• MOT licence is desirable but not essential
• Full UK driving licence
• Team player with good communication and a reliable, quality-focused approach

Salary & Hours

• £36,000 - £50,000 per year (fixed salary, no bonus schemes)
• Overtime available at 1.5x hourly rate
• Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (flexible start between 7:30am-9am)
• 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8am-12pm, paid at time and a half
