Vehicle Technician - Swanley, Kent

£37,000 to £42,000 + Enhanced Overtime Rates Available

Our client, a well-established and fast-growing company, is currently recruiting for a Vehicle Technician in the Wrotham, Kent area.

Responsibilities:

  1. Inspecting vehicles and diagnosing any required work.
  2. Repairing or replacing components as required.
  3. Road testing vehicles to test repair work or diagnose.
  4. Fitting and servicing vehicle accessories, including parking sensors, cameras, towbars, and reverse cameras.
  5. Performing service and vehicle system safety checks.
  6. Performing vehicle maintenance tasks, such as changing oil and air filters, brakes, clutch, gearbox, suspension, and diagnostics as required.
  7. Cleaning and maintaining the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic.
  2. Full valid Driving Licence with 6 points or less.
  3. Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualifications.
  4. Conduct yourself in a manner that protects the corporate image and integrity.
