Our Client, a long established Main Dealer group with multiple branches across the South & South East, dealing with various models of vehicles, is seeking a Vehicle Technician for their branch in Sittingbourne, Kent.

They are a well-respected automotive business, with multiple sites across the Kent area, providing a whole range of automotive services.

Duties of a Technician with our Client

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on many types of vehicles while maintaining company and industry standards and adhering to time constraints.
• Carry out diagnosis and undertake a wide range of servicing and repair work.
• Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure effective use of technical knowledge and skills enabling efficient, economic, and safe servicing and repair of vehicles.
• Build effective working relationships with colleagues.
• Complete repair and service records/other activities required by the Team Leader and Manager.
• Actively support company policy and best practice in security, especially in protecting sensitive customer information.
• Analyze work orders carefully to understand a vehicle’s condition, diagnosis accuracy, and work agreed upon.
