The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification and experience working within a main dealer workshop. Offering a salary of £31-43k plus bonuses, this role requires strong communication skills and the ability to deliver high customer service standards. Candidates should have a valid UK Driving Licence.

Qualifications

  • Experience working as a Vehicle Technician within a main dealer workshop.
  • Fully qualified Level 3 Vehicle Technician or above.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out servicing, diagnosing, and repairing of vehicles to high standards.
  • Deliver high levels of customer service leading to loyalty.
  • Communicate with Service Reception team and Workshop Control.
  • Maintain thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
  • Follow manufacturer procedures and processes.
  • Work as part of a team with high attention to detail.
  • Provide technical expert opinions to customers.

Vehicle Technician • Sevenoaks, Kent • Permanent/Full Time • £31-43k basic plus bonus • 42.5 hour working week

Our client, a Motor Trade main dealer group in the Sevenoaks area of Kent, is on the lookout for an experienced Vehicle Technicians, Diagnostic Technicians or Master Technicians to join their busy workshop. If you hold the right experience – this could be your next role!

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Carrying out servicing, diagnosing and repairing of vehicles to excellent standards.
  • Delivering exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
  • Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control.
  • Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
  • Adhering to manufacturer procedures and processes.
  • Being part of a team and bringing a high attention to detail.
  • Providing your technical expert opinion to customers.
Your Background & Skill
