Job summary

Pembrook Resourcing LTD is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy Salisbury workshop. You will service, maintain and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards, with a base salary of £33,000–£35,000 and a potential £50,000+ OTE.

The role includes manufacturer training, modern workshop facilities and clear career development paths in a full-time, permanent position.

Qualifications

• Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Experience as Vehicle Technician/Service Technician or Mechanic.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

VEHICLE TECHNICIAN

£50K+ OTE, MANUFACTURER TRAINING & ROOM TO PROGRESS

If you're an experienced Vehicle Technician looking for strong earning potential, manufacturer training and a role within an established dealership, this could be worth a closer look.

You'll join a busy workshop in Salisbury, offering a basic salary of £33,000-£35,000 depending on experience, with the opportunity to earn £50,000+ OTE.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, repairing and diagnosing vehicles, while working efficiently and maintaining manufacturer standards.

THE ROLE

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs
• Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults
• Complete vehicle health checks
• Identify additional work where appropriate
• Use manufacturer diagnostic equipment and workshop systems
• Follow manufacturer procedures and technical information
• Complete accurate job cards and workshop documentation
• Work towards workshop productivity and efficiency targets
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
• Previous experience in a Vehicle Technician, Service Technician or Mechanic role
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence

It would be great if you also have:

• Main dealership experience
• Manufacturer training or accreditation
• MOT Tester qualification
• Experience using manufacturer diagnostic equipment
• Experience working to workshop productivity targets
