Vehicle Technician Leamington Spa

£30,000 to £36,000 OTE £42,000

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 17:00, alternate Saturdays 8:30 - 13:00 (paid at overtime)

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Vehicle Technician to join our client's dealership in Leamington Spa.

The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles. This is a great opportunity to work in a main dealership with a market-leading commission scheme. The role requires a strong understanding of automotive systems and the ability to use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex problems. A passion for cars and a commitment to delivering high-quality work are essential. The role offers fantastic quarterly and yearly bonuses.

Vehicle Technician Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair vehicle problems, including engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical issues
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
• Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex issues
• Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used
• Communicate with customers about vehicle issues and repair recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Stay updated with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques

Vehicle Technician Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Vehicle Repair or higher
• At least 1 year of experience as a vehicle technician
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and software
• MOT license is a bonus
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license
