Premier Recruitment Solutions Ltd is currently working with a well-known dealership in the automotive industry, seeking a Vehicle Technician in Reading.

Salary and Benefits:

• Basic salary between £38,800 and £48,800, depending on skills and experience, based on a 42.5-hour workweek with Saturdays on a rota and an over-performance bonus opportunity.
• £1,000 sign-on bonus in the first month and an additional £1,000 in month 13.
• Package details vary by experience and accreditation:
• Service and Maintenance Technicians: up to £38,800
• Mercedes Benz Systems Technician: £41,800
• Mercedes Benz Diagnostic Technician: £43,800

Responsibilities:

Maintain, service, and repair vehicles to high standards, ensuring quality workmanship and first-time fixes. Deliver an exceptional customer experience built on trust and honesty.

Qualifications and Skills:
