• Rate: £27,000 - £38,000 per annum, Benefits: Bonus

Position: Vehicle Technician
Location: Bridgend
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5:00pm) and Saturday mornings on a rota basis
Salary: £27,000 to £38,000 OTE (On-Target Earnings)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Repair, service, and maintain various vehicles
2. Diagnose faults and make improvements
3. Work to MOT and manufacturer standards
4. Ensure customer satisfaction and safety
5. Mentor and coach apprentices
