My client is a privately owned car dealership with 20 years of experience, currently seeking Vehicle Technicians to join their team.

Location: Mapperley, Nottingham

Role and Responsibilities:

• Undertake maintenance, service, and repair activities on various motor vehicles to the highest standards within scheduled times, meeting company and franchise standards.
• Repair, test vehicles, and diagnose faults as required by the Service Manager and supervisory staff.
• Replace components, parts, lubricants, and consumables; record usage accurately.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
• Complete work efficiently within manufacturers’ servicing and repair times.
• Advise and report on vehicle faults and servicing needs, including future requirements, while working on vehicles.

The ideal applicant will:

• Have at least 2 years’ experience post-qualification, preferably in a Main Dealership or similar setting.
• Take responsibility for the quality and quantity of their work.
• Hold a Full UK driving licence.
• Possess Level 3 City and Guilds Qualification.

Package for Vehicle Technician:

Basic Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience, with OTE of £35,000.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, and Saturdays, 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.
