We are seeking an experienced Technician / MOT Tester at our Northampton branch to perform maintenance, service, repairs, and MOT activities on motor vehicles.

Ideally with main dealer experience, you will complete work efficiently within manufacturer and company service times, ensuring high standards to achieve customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent customer service.
• Car repairs and servicing.
• MOT testing.
• Completing work promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborating with a team.

Our standard hours are 5 days a week plus alternate Saturday mornings. We offer flexible working hours, including full-time hours (10/11 hours per day) over 4 days, and your birthday off after passing probation.

We offer a competitive salary of £31,000-£36,000 plus a bonus scheme. Participation in our CBS Car Scheme is available after successful probation. We are a growing business planning to add more brands in the future.
