• Position: Vehicle Technician
• Location: Northampton
• Basic Salary: Up to £34,000 + Bonus
• OTE: £44,000+ (Uncapped)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
• No Weekends

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a leading used car supermarket in Northampton. This company is renowned for its extensive selection of high-quality pre-owned vehicles and has established itself as a trusted name in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities as a Vehicle Technician:

• Conduct diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, ensuring all work meets the company’s high standards.
• Utilise diagnostic equipment to accurately identify and resolve vehicle issues.
• Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency while ensuring that safety and quality are never compromised.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall success of the workshop.
• Uphold the company’s reputation for exceptional customer service by delivering high-quality workmanship.

Requirements for this Vehicle Technician role:

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally within a high-volume or fast-paced workshop.
• NVQ Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong diagnostic abilities and familiarity with the latest vehicle technology.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets.
• A positive and proactive approach, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Full UK driving license.
