Vehicle Technician Required, Main Dealership , St Helens

Benefits:
Basic - Up to £35,000 ( Depending on Experience )
Basic to go up to Master Technician - £37,440
Bonus on Labour sales - Up to £4,800
Bonus on efficiency - Up to £5,400
Monday - Thursday 08:00am - 17:30pm
Friday 08:00am - 16:30pm
1 in 4 Saturday mornings 08:00am - 13:00pm ( As overtime )
25-Days holiday + bank holidays which increases to 28 days + bank holidays

Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities for this Vehicle Technician may include:

- Diagnosing complex symptoms spanning the entire spectrum of vehicle systems
- Manage time efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction is met
- Utilize cutting-edge video vehicle health assessments to pinpoint issues and seize potential opportunities for upselling
- Communicate clearly updating work progression
- Hon your skills through regular training, with a special focus on electric vehicles
- Play a pivotal role in the team's success by offering technical guidance and coaching to your colleagues
- Uphold a pristine and secure work bay, consistently adhering to established standards
- If required, perform MOTs in alignment with DVSA standards

To be considered for this Vehicle Technician role, you must have:

- Experience in a similar role
- Qualification to Level 3 standard or equivalent
- Full UK driving licence
