Stratstone BMW Milton Keynes is looking for a Vehicle Technician.

Your role

  • Basic Salary from £35,000 to £42,000 with UNCAPPED earning potential
  • PTE ranging from £40,000 - £45,000 for Vehicle Technicians
  • 3-month guaranteed bonus upon joining, pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals, and aftersales services

Your profile

  • Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Technical knowledge to confidently and safely carry out repairs and maintenance of customer vehicles
  • Experience working to high-quality standards within a franchised dealership, with a drive to exceed expectations and productivity targets
  • Ability to use workshop systems and equipment
  • Passion for the industry, colleagues, and customers
