Vehicle Technician required in North London

Our client is a family-owned Franchise Dealer Group successfully operating for over 40 years, representing a highly sought-after premium brand. Due to increased business, they are looking for a qualified and experienced Vehicle Technician to join their busy workshop team. As an employer of choice, they offer excellent benefits and are committed to developing and investing in their employees.

Key Tasks of the Vehicle Technician role:

1. Accurately and skillfully undertake the repair and servicing of motor vehicles.
2. Collaborate with other departments within the Retailer to facilitate vehicle servicing and repairs.
3. Detect and diagnose any additional faults for further repair.
4. Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with Retailer, Manufacturer, and industry guidelines.
5. Complete all tasks to the customer’s complete satisfaction.

Details & Benefits include:

• Competitive basic salary of £34,900 per annum.
• Monthly bonus opportunity based on hours sold and productivity.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, and every 4th Saturday on a rota basis.
• 22 days holiday plus bank holidays.
• Contract: Full-time, permanent.

To be successful in this role, you should be a Level 3 NVQ qualified Vehicle Technician with a proven professional track record, a stable employment history, and a desire to further develop your career within the Group. A full UK manual driving licence with minimal points and your own tools are also essential.
