Lithia UK is a leading automotive retailer and the parent of Evans Halshaw Ford Lincoln. We are seeking a Ford Technician to service and repair customer vehicles with a focus on quality and safety. Joining bonus and a flexible 4-day week are part of the package.

You’ll work with experienced franchise teams, receive manufacturer training, and have access to progression opportunities within a large network.

Formación

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
• Experience of completing cam belt and clutch replacements
• Equipped with a full UK driving licence
• Technical knowledge to confidently and safely carry out repairs and maintenance of customer vehicles
• Experienced of working to the highest quality standards, with the drive to exceed expectations and productivity targets
• Capable of using systems and equipment within our workshop
• Passionate for our industry, the people who work in it and the people we serve

To welcome you as a Ford Technician you will receive a joining bonus of £2,000*

FLEXIBLE 4-DAY WORKING WEEK AVAILABLE – Salaries are based on a 45 hour working week. Alternative 40 and 42.5-hour working patterns are also available and can be discussed at interview stage.

• Basic Salary from £31,961 up to £44,864 - Dependent on skills and experience
• OTE from £34,391 up to £49,093, with UNCAPPED EARNING POTENTIAL
