Job summary

Holt-Recruitment has a Vehicle Technician position available in Lincoln. You will service, diagnose, maintain and repair a wide range of vehicles to manufacturer standards, contributing to high-quality workmanship and workshop efficiency.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience, and strong diagnostic skills. Full UK driving licence and a team-focused attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

The Role

As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of vehicles to manufacturer standards. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality workmanship while helping to keep the workshop running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
• Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience
• Previous dealership experience is desirable
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive attitude with a commitment to high-quality workmanship
