Job description

Purely Automotive Recruitment Ltd are seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our client based in Knutsford, Cheshire. Our client is one of the largest and most successful dealer groups in the UK. The company operates prestige retail franchised vehicle operations across the UK.

Requirements

We are looking for a time served qualified Vehicle Technician with a formal qualification in Automotive City and Guilds – NVQ / IMI Level 2 or 3, in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Vehicle Diagnostics (or equivalent qualification). Certification to work on HV-Electric and Hybrid Vehicles would be an advantage but not essential. We would also consider Master Technicians holding qualifications to a manufacturer level 4 or equivalent qualification for this position.

The ideal candidate will be able to work within given timescales and handle all aspects of vehicle repairs and servicing, in line with company and manufacturer standards and procedures. Diagnostic skills and experience in vehicle problem solving are essential, along with the ability to fix vehicles right first time. Teamwork and exceeding customer expectations are key criteria for this role.
