We are currently recruitingSenior Vehicle Techniciansto join the busy and well-establishedService and MOT Departmentat our clients main site in Hinckley.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced technicians who take pride in delivering top-quality work and want to be part of a supportive, professional team that values craftsmanship and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out diagnostics, repairs, and servicing on a wide range of vehicles
  • Performing MOT preparation and associated repair work
  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, on time and in line with industry and manufacturer standards
  • Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Service and MOT Department
  • Supporting junior technicians and providing guidance when needed
  • Maintaining accurate records of work completed
  • Contributing to a smooth workflow and excellent customer experience

What Were Looking For:

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience as a vehicle technician
  • Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
  • A proactive and "can-do" attitude
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
  • A clean driving licence is desirable
