Vehicle Technician / Mechanic

Job Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose, repair, and service a full range of vehicles to high standards.
2. Handle and store vehicle parts appropriately.
3. Ensure excellent customer service from start to finish.
4. Communicate effectively with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control.
5. Provide expert technical opinions to customers when needed.
6. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
7. Uphold high customer service standards to foster loyalty and referrals.
8. Maintain good housekeeping and orderly administration of work.
