Overview

ROLE: Vehicle Technician

LOCATION: Reading

SALARY: 37k basic - 47k ote + benefits

HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.15 – 5.00. no Saturdays!

About this Service Technician / Diagnostic Technician / Master Technician / Vehicle Technician / Automotive Technician / Motor Mechanic / Car Mechanic / Car Technician role

• Work alongside 8 experienced technicians, 3 apprentices, a foreman, a workshop controller, a dedicated parts colleague, and 4 service advisors reporting to our Aftersales Manager of 15 years.
• Carry out diagnostic, repair, and servicing work, working towards productivity and efficiency targets.
• MOT licence preferred although not essential
• Main dealer experience is a plus, but full training will be provided both on-site and with the manufacturer.

Requirements

• Time-served and C&G / NVQ Level 3 qualified.
• Full driving licence essential.
