Our client, a franchise-approved car dealership in the Cheltenham area, is currently looking to hire a fully qualified Vehicle Technician for their busy Service Department.

Reporting to the Service Manager, your main duties will include fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs as instructed, adhering to manufacturer and company standards. You will ensure faults are accurately diagnosed and report vehicle conditions, safety, reliability, and performance issues as required. You must follow quality procedures laid down by the client and manufacturer at all times.

You should ideally live within a reasonable commuting distance of Cheltenham and be qualified as a Vehicle Technician to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. A UK driving licence with minimal points is required. You should be a committed team player capable of producing high-quality work in a busy dealership environment and motivated to meet team targets. An active MOT licence is highly advantageous but not essential, as full training is provided.
