Qualifications

• Full valid UK driving licence.
• NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in Automotive Technology.
• Previous experience as Automotive Technician in a dealership environment.
• Experience or willingness to undertake Electric Vehicle maintenance and repair (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of technical advice, customer service, and vehicle maintenance.
• Conduct vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and servicing adhering to manufacturer standards.
• Complete MOT testing for vehicles requiring certification.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest vehicle technology, including Electric Vehicle maintenance.

Duties of the Vehicle Technician
