Vehicle Technician Required, in Nelson:

Location: Nelson
Hours: Monday - Friday & 1-in-2 Saturday
Salary: Approx. £32,000 basic, + OTE (Negotiable depending on experience)

Our client, one of the UK's largest car dealership groups, is looking for an experienced Technician to join their team. This well-established dealership, with locations across the country, is known for delivering exceptional service and is an official franchised dealer for several renowned car and commercial vehicle brands.

Key Responsibilities for the Technician:
  • Perform a wide range of technical tasks, including general servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and larger repairs.
  • Ensure high standards of workmanship in a busy dealership environment.
  • Exhibit attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Work closely with team members to meet operational objectives.
What We're Looking For in a Technician:
  • Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair; NVQ Level 3 preferred.
  • Experience in a dealership setting is ideal, but personnel from independent garages will also be considered.
  • MOT Licence preferred, but not essential.
  • Strong technical expertise and a solid work ethic.
  • Full UK driving licence.
