Job description

Vehicle Technician | Bristol | Full Time - working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (no weekends) | Basic up to £36,000 per annum, OTE approximately £41,000 (with daily overtime and bonus)

Our client is a family-owned and run business, established since 1982, and has now been awarded by Bosch the title of Bosch Diesel Centre, making them one of the UK's leading diesel system diagnostic and repair centres.

They boast a team of fully trained and qualified technicians that have over 250 years combined experience, backed up with technical support from leading fuel system manufacturers such as Bosch, Denso, Stanadyne & Delphi to ensure they offer the best available service in the industry.

They are currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their team in Bristol.

Are you the right person for the job?

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Vehicle Technician Diagnostic experience is preferred, or exceptional mechanical knowledge and hands-on ability A proactive, reliable, and professional approach

What will your role look like?

Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs on a wide range of vehicles Perform diagnostics and fault-finding using appropriate tools and equipment Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and service history to ensure traceability and quality control Adhere to health and safety standards and company policies, maintaining a clean and organised work environment

What can you expect in return?

Opportunity to earn approximately £41,000 per year with bonus and regular overtime (30 minutes/day) 22 days' annual leave plus bank holidays Workwear provided and laundered for you Training available on Bosch systems technician certification (for the right candidate)

Interview Process

Interviews will be face-to-face and informal (approximately 30 minutes), followed by a 3-month probationary period.
