£30,000 - £40,000 DOE + Bonus

Permanent/Full Time

Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8am-5pm) / 1 in 3 Saturdays (8am-12pm)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled vehicle technician to join a Motor Trade main dealer group in Braintree. Our client is seeking an experienced individual who is fully qualified and has the necessary expertise to excel in this role. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out service, diagnosis and repair of vehicles to excellent standards.
  • Speaking with customers and providing your technical opinion.
  • Supporting and tutoring the team, mentoring the apprentices on site.
  • Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
  • Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of all your work.
  • Communicating with both the Service Reception team and Workshop Control team.
  • Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.

Your Background & Skill:

  • Level 3 Qualified Vehicle Technician.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
