Vehicle Technician Required in Bognor Regis

• Basic Salary Circa £40,000
• Independent Garage
• Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:30
• Every other Saturday 08:00 - 13:00
• Full Training Provided

Our client is a well-known independent garage operating within the Bognor Regis area. They are respected across the region, specialising in a wide range of vehicles, including Range Rovers.

Our client has a strong reputation and a successful service operation. Due to increased business, they require a Vehicle Technician. They seek experienced Vehicle Technicians capable of diagnostics, repairs, and routine service work.

We’ve recently started working with this business. They are a friendly and busy team, looking to create a fun working environment.

Duties of a Vehicle Technician with our Client:

• Carrying out routine vehicle servicing and maintenance
• Diagnosing and repairing vehicle faults efficiently and accurately
• Conducting vehicle inspections and test drives to assess performance
• Carrying out complex vehicle repairs as required
• Using diagnostic equipment and tools effectively
• Completing service records and documentation accurately
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines and company procedures
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional image

What our client expects of their Vehicle Technicians:

• Minimum qualification of City and Guilds AVCE, NVQ level 3 or experience in a similar role
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Own toolkit sufficient to carry out vehicle repairs and maintenance
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a workshop environment
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of modern vehicle systems and technologies
• Ability to work efficiently and independently
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
