Job description

My client is a prestigious car brand based in Bishop’s Stortford, currently recruiting Vehicle Technicians to join their team.

Job Role

Join a friendly team and work with an exciting product. Responsibilities include:

1. Carrying out service, diagnosis, and repair of vehicles to high standards.
2. Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control.
3. Occasionally speaking with customers to provide technical advice.
4. Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.
5. Providing high levels of customer service to foster loyalty and referrals.
6. Keeping good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of work.

Your Requirements

Ideal candidates will demonstrate skills such as:

1. Aptitude for multi-tasking.
2. Ability to work under pressure.
3. Quality awareness.
4. Full driving license.

Salary and Hours

Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, with alternative Saturdays. Basic salary up to £35,000 with OTE of £60,000.
