Basic Salary – up to £4,000 -
OTE – up to £45,000 –

Our client, a busy franchised dealership in Horsham has the requirement for experienced Vehicle Technicians at all skill levels to join their established workshop team.

Responsibilities

As a Vehicle Technician / Service Technician / Diagnostic Technician / Master Technician / MOT Tester your responsibilities will include:
Routine Servicing & Repairs to Manufacturer Standards
Cambelt, Clutch, Gearbox & Engine Repairs/Replacements Raising job cards
Electrical & Mechanical Diagnostics
New Car PDI’s & Used Cars Multi Point Checks
Warranty Repairs
MOT Tests (if qualified to do so)

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:
Minimum of a NVQ Level 2/3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or Equivalent
12 months post apprenticeship experience
Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable Requirements:
Manufacturer Accreditations / Qualifications
Franchised Dealer Experience
MOT Licence
EV/Hybrid Qualification

Remuneration & Benefits

Basic Salary of £30,000 - £34,000 DOE
On Target Earnings of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum DOE (uncapped)

Working Hours

42.5 hour week
Saturdays on a rota basis
