Job description

As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll be responsible for the diagnosis, repair, and servicing of a full range of vehicles. You’ll also ensure vehicle parts are handled and stored appropriately. Additionally, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service from start to finish.

Requirements for this Vehicle Technician position include:

1. Performing vehicle servicing, diagnosis, and repairs to high standards.
2. Communicating effectively with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control.
3. Occasionally speaking with customers to provide expert technical opinions.
4. Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
5. Providing high levels of customer service to foster loyalty and referrals.
6. Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of work.

Salary and Hours
