VANRATH have partnered with one of Northern Ireland's most established family-run car dealerships. The organisation is recruiting for a Senior Vehicle Technician / Mechanic position.

This is a fantastic opportunity for any Motor Industry experienced individual to join a longstanding company that offers many routes for progression.

Salary
£30,000 - £40,000 packages based on experience + Fantastic benefits, company pension scheme, 30 days holidays. + overtime available

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Carry out diagnostic procedures to determine faults
  • Inspect vehicles according to current regulations
  • Maintain a working knowledge of manufacturer processes
  • Maintain legible and accurate records and paperwork

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Have the ability to work up-to-date technology using the latest repair methods and processes
  • Have a minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
  • Will be required to participate in manufacturer training programmes
  • Possess good oral and written communication along with IT skills
  • Have experience in a similar role at franchised retailer level
  • Have a full and valid UK driving licence
