Job summary

Pentagon Motor Group Nottingham is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our aftersales team, carrying out servicing, repairs and diagnostics to manufacturer standards.

You will have at least 3 years of workshop experience, a Level 3 NVQ/City & Guilds, and a full UK driving licence. The role offers a competitive salary with OTE and a clear career path, with Monday–Friday hours.

Qualifications

• Qualified to level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent.
• MOT license preferable but not essential.
• At least 3 years' practical workshop experience.
• Full UK driving licence (points max 6).

Responsibilities

• Carrying out servicing, repairs and diagnosing faults to manufacturer standards.
• Carrying out visual health checks.
• Ensures vehicles are safe and roadworthy, meeting customer expectations.

Vehicle Technician Nottingham On Target Earnings: £42,570 (depending on experience) Full-Time - Permanent – Vauxhall Nottingham Pentagon Motor Group

Are you an experienced and qualified Vehicle Technician, who can carry out general servicing and maintenance on vehicles with basic diagnostic skills who is looking to join a supportive team, progress your career and work with an established brand? What You’ll Be Doing:

• Carrying out servicing, repairs and diagnosing faults efficiently and accurately to manufacturer standards
• Carrying out visual health checks
• Ensures vehicles are safe, roadworthy, and meet customer expectations, supporting the Pentagon Group's reputation for excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified to level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent
• MOT License would be preferable but not essential
• At least 3 years of practical experience working in a workshop environment
• Takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a busy team
• Full UK driving license (max 6 points)
