Job summary

Arnold Clark is seeking a skilled Vehicle Spray Painter to join our busy workshop at Crow Road Volkswagen. You will restore accident-damaged and sales vehicles to the highest standard.

The role offers 44 hours per week, a generous annual leave (33 days increasing with service), and regular salary reviews, with opportunities for training and career progression. Private healthcare and other benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Spray Painter in a professional workshop.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
• Able to work both as part of a team and on your own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Preparing vehicles for paintwork.
• Masking vehicles in preparation for paintwork.
• Carrying out minor damage repairs.
• Polishing to remove defects from vehicle paintwork.
• Mixing paint to apply to vehicles.
• Applying paint products correctly and to a high standard.
