Job summary

Halfords is seeking a Vehicle Service Technician at our Lymington Autocentre in Hampshire. You will perform interim, full and major services and take on follow-up repair work including tyres, brakes, transmission, steering and suspension.

The role requires a Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or time served) and a full UK driving licence with no more than 9 points. We offer 5 days a week, a comprehensive benefits package and an uncapped bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or time served experience.
• Must have a full UK driving licence with no more than 9 points.
• Experience delivering interim, full and major services plus relevant repair and replacement work (brakes, suspension, steering, etc).

Responsibilities

• Carry out interim, full and major services as well as follow-up repair and replacement work (tyres, brakes, transmission, steering and suspension).
• General vehicle maintenance tasks and repairs as required.
