The Role

We are seeking an ambitious Progress Chaser to join our Volkswagen store in Newbury. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, with excellent administration skills, and able to support our Sales Manager and Sales Executive throughout the vehicle sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Sales Team with vehicle processing from entry to customer delivery.
  • Manage dealership vehicle advertising, including photographing stock, uploading images online, and posting customer offers.
  • Maintain showroom presentation, manage key storage, liaise with the valet team, and appraise new used stock.
Candidate Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience is essential.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage customer expectations effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Supportive in resolving complex customer issues with professionalism.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems preferred.
