Job summary

Jago Consultants is seeking a Vehicle Progressor / Site Coordinator for an Eastbourne area motor garage dealership in East Sussex. The role involves vehicle preparation, professional customer interaction, and coordination with sales and workshop teams to ensure timely delivery of vehicles.

You will handle delivery paperwork, liaise on plate transfers or registration numbers, and manage the valeting diary. Previous experience in similar motor garage roles is preferred, with a focus on accuracy

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Progressor, Site Coordinator, Car Park Host, Forecourt Attendant within a Motor Garage

Responsibilities

• Vehicle preparation and collection
• Treat customers professionally and courteously at all times
• Communicate effectively about vehicle progression and delivery schedules
• Keep Sales Executives informed of delivery changes
• Liaise with the workshop for authorised remedial work and issue rectification
• Prepare documents timely and accurately
• Check delivery paperwork, keys, book packs and navigation discs
• Inspect vehicles before handover to Sales Executive and flag issues for rectification
• Liaise with sales administration on special requests for cherished plate transfers or specific registration numbers
• Daily management of the valeting diary
