Vehicle Progressor / Coordinator Role at My Motor Garage Dealership

Location: Reading, Berkshire

Salary: £22,000 – £25,000

Job Role – Vehicle Progressor

The Vehicle Progressor is responsible for:

1. Vehicle preparation and collection
2. Providing professional and courteous customer service at all times
3. Communicating effectively about vehicle progression and delivery schedules
4. Keeping Sales Executives informed of delivery changes
5. Liaising with the workshop for vehicle preparation and rectifying issues
6. Preparing accurate and timely documentation
7. Checking vehicles on delivery for paperwork, keys, and accessories
8. Inspecting and approving vehicles before handover, highlighting issues for rectification
9. Coordinating with sales administration for special requests such as cherished plate transfers
10. Managing the daily valeting diary

About You

Previous experience as a Vehicle Progressor, Coordinator, Car Park Host, Forecourt Attendant within a motor garage is preferred.
