Location: Dundonald Hyundai

Working Hours: 40 hours, Monday to Friday 08:30am to 5pm

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum DOE

We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Vehicle Progressor. This role is pivotal in supporting our sales function and offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career with a market-leading brand and a new addition to the Charles Hurst family!

The sales team may include Sales Executives, Motability specialists, Business Managers, and a Sales Manager. As a Vehicle Progressor, you will assist our busy sales department by organizing vehicles on site, managing vehicle delivery and collection, and maintaining high standards for both the site and vehicles.

An integral part of this role involves managing our online showroom by taking and uploading photos, prices, and vehicle descriptions daily. These updates will be used across our website and social media platforms.

  • Taking and uploading photos, prices, and descriptions to the online showroom daily.
  • Creating CitNOW videos for customer engagement.
  • Organizing vehicles on site to ensure a presentable environment for customers.
  • Managing our social media accounts and monitoring responses.
  • Handling vehicle collection and delivery for customers.
  • Maintaining the site and vehicles to a high standard.

Applicants should have prior demonstrable experience in a fast-paced premium environment and work well under pressure. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the business are essential. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, possess sufficient IT skills, and have a basic understanding of social media for business purposes.
