Job summary

Motability Operations Ltd in Coalville is recruiting an experienced Vehicle Prepper to join our busy refurbishment centre on a permanent basis. You will be preparing panels, masking vehicles, carrying out panel prep and minor repairs to deliver high-quality right-first-time prep work.

This on-site role requires 45 hours per week across 9-hour shifts from 06:30 to 18:00. The package includes up to £37,000 basic salary, a bonus of up to 15% and a 15% pension contribution.

Job description

Motability Operations are currently recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Prepper to join our busy, state-of-the-art refurbishment centre in Coalville on a permanent basis. This is a high-volume site with consistent work (no downtime or waiting for jobs) working on a modern vehicle fleet using the latest equipment and materials.

What you’ll be doing:

• Carrying out panel preparation and minor repairs
• Applying primer and supporting the paint process
• Delivering right-first-time prep work to reconditioning standards

Due to the nature of this role we will require you on-site in Coalville 5-days per week.

• Up to £37,000 basic salary

Hours:

• 45 hours per week
• 9-hour shifts between 06:30 – 18:00
