Job summary

Utranazz, Concrete Equipment Specialists, is recruiting a vehicle preparation specialist to clean and prepare our concrete equipment. You will wash large truck chassis, mixers and pump bodies and detail truck cabs, seats and dashboards.

The role includes sandblasting and repainting on a small scale and minor mechanical repairs with basic tools. You must be reliable, enjoy outdoor work and hold a full UK driving license. Hours are Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:30.

• Physically demanding role with outdoor work.
• Experience in sandblasting and repainting preferred.
• Full UK driving license required.
• Be reliable and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Exterior cleaning of large truck chassis, mixers and pump bodies.
• Interior detailing of truck cabs, including dashboard surfaces, mats and upholstery.
• Sandblasting and repainting equipment for resale (small scale).
• Minor mechanical repairs using basic tools.
• Check oil, water and AdBlue levels and fill vehicle condition reports.
• Other manual yard duties as required.

Utranazz, Concrete Equipment Specialists, is looking to recruit a vehicle preparation specialist for our range of concrete equipment. Duties will include:

• Exterior Cleaning: Use high-pressure washers, industrial cleaning agents, and specialised concrete removers to wash large truck chassis, mixer and pump bodies and other concrete equipment.


• Interior Detailing: Vacuum, shampoo, and sanitise truck cabs, including dashboard surfaces, rubber mats, and upholstery.


• Sandblasting and Repainting: On a small scale, sandblasting and repainting equipment for resale, prior experience preferred.


• Minor mechanical repairs: proficient in use of basic mechanical tools.


• Checking Oil/Water/AdBlue levels and filling in vehicle condition reports.


• Other manual yard duties as required.


• Hours are Monday - Friday 07.30-16.30.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent eye for detail and the capacity to work in a physically demanding role


• Experience in sandblasting and repainting


• A willingness to work outdoors


• A full valid UK driving license


• Prior experience as a truck / car valeter


• Be reliable and trustworthy
