Motorpoint in Motherwell is seeking a Vehicle Preparation Assistant to ensure our nearly new cars meet high standards before handover. You will inspect, recondition, and present vehicles for display and customer handover across sites.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, a proactive, detail‑driven mindset, and the ability to work independently within a supportive team. A permanent, full-time position offering a monthly bonus and company benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections for damage, verify vehicle specs and service history.
• Assist with vehicle reconditioning and valeting for customer collection and display.
• Photograph vehicles to company standards for marketing and records.
• Conduct vehicle check-ins in all weather conditions.
• Handle personal data in line with GDPR requirements.
• Support vehicle movements on-site and off-site, liaising with drivers and transporters.
