JOB DESCRIPTION

Conduct comprehensive pre-delivery inspections on vehicles to verify their condition, functionality, and compliance with quality standards.

Identify and report any defects, damages, or discrepancies found during inspections, ensuring timely resolution.

Maintain accurate records of inspection findings, repairs undertaken, and parts used, adhering to documentation procedures.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns regarding vehicle inspections and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 or NVP Level 2 qualification in Automotive Engineering or related field.

Proven experience in vehicle inspection, maintenance, or related roles.

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify issues accurately.

Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and customers.
