A recruitment agency in Brentwood is seeking a Vehicle & Plant Admin Assistant to support the Vehicle & Plant Manager with administrative duties. The role involves liaising with suppliers and operational personnel, ensuring smooth operations for vehicle maintenance. The ideal candidate should possess strong IT skills, communication skills, and attention to detail, and must be a driver due to office location constraints.
Vehicle & Plant Admin Assistant- Brentwood- OFFICE BASED.
Full Time: Mon-Fri 0730-1630
28 days holiday (inclusive of 8 x bank holidays)
Role Purpose:
Reporting to the Vehicle & Plant Manager, supporting them with day-to-day administrative duties. The successful candidate will also be confident in liaising with suppliers, operatives, supervisors and other members of the workforce to assist with the smooth coordination for vehicle maintenance. Ensuring all daily duties and procedures set out by all Management are completed.
Note: This role is full time in the office and is not accessible via public transport so you must be a driver or have alterative means to travel in.
