A leading automotive dealer seeks a dedicated Vehicle Parts Advisor Apprentice in Liverpool. This role involves managing parts inventory and providing exceptional customer service. We are seeking a dedicated individual to join Peoples Ford Speke as a Vehicle Parts Advisor Apprentice. This apprenticeship provides a unique opportunity to learn about vehicle parts management and customer service within the automotive industry.
Under the guidance of experienced professionals, the apprentice will develop the essential skills and knowledge required to excel in the role of a parts advisor. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about automobiles, with a keen interest in parts identification, inventory management, and providing exceptional customer support.
Working Week: A standard workweek typically consists of 40 hours, scheduled from Monday to Friday, starting at 8:30 am and ending at 5:30 pm. Nevertheless, the specific working hours may vary depending on the requirements of individual Dealers.
Approximately 20% of your total work hours will be dedicated to 'off-the-job' training. This is a mixture of online classrooms and face-to-face learning at The Henry Ford Academy in Daventry.
All of our Apprentices are employed through the Dealer Network and attend week-long block training at our state-of-the-art Training Centre in Daventry. Block training is complemented by a combination of regular coaching visits from one of our experienced Coaches as well as Virtual Classroom sessions and E-Learning modules.
Throughout your apprenticeship journey, we are committed to nurturing your growth and development, guiding you toward attaining a widely recognized qualification in the motor industry. This qualification serves as a cornerstone for building your career, offering abundant opportunities within our expanding Dealer Network.
Upon successful completion of the program, you'll be well-equipped to advance and transition into new roles.
You'll achieve a nationally recognised qualification: Level 2 Supply Chain Warehouse and the programme will last for 12 months +12 weeks for EPA (End Point Assessment).
