Salary: £54,600 per annum (£21 per hour) with an increase on completion of 6 month probation




Hours: 7am – 5pm Monday to Friday, 1 in 2 Saturdays depending on business needs.

We are looking for two Painters to join our BRAND NEW Accident Repair Centre in Stockport. This will be our 36th site! You will
have at least 3 years of vehicle painting experience and the ability to paint vehicles to the highest quality. You will be
responsible for carefully preparing, priming, painting, and finishing a variety of vehicles, ensuring high-quality results that
meet our insurers' stringent standards. With a keen eye for detail and a thorough understanding of automotive paints and finishes,
you will work efficiently in a modern fast-paced clean environment, collaborating as a team player and consistently meeting tight
deadlines.




We are creating the next generation of repair centres, driven by a passion for service, quality, and customer focus, and we want

The role will include but is not limited to.

* Paint vehicles to a high standard, ensuring timely completion
* Possess a strong understanding of paint processes and techniques
* Experienced in preparation tasks such as priming and masking vehicles
* Use RPE and PPE appropriately and at the correct times
* Accurately match painted panels to the vehicle’s original colour
* Apply the necessary amount of paint for optimal results
* Inspect finished paint jobs and polish as required
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace to ensure quality and efficiency
* Work effectively as part of a team in a high-pressure environment

* Proven experience as a vehicle painter in an automotive repair environment
* In-depth knowledge of all aspects of vehicle painting
* Strong team player, eager to support and collaborate with colleagues
* Capable of completing tasks from start to finish within set timeframes and to a high standard
* Able to work effectively under pressure and manage high volumes of work
* Skilled at meeting strict targets and deadlines
